树鼩呼吸系统主要组织器官组织学研究
Investigation of respiratory system organs in tree shrew
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the histological characteristics of the main respiratory organs of tree shrews and to demonstrate their potential as animal models for human diseases in respiratory system.Methods Six normal a-dult tree shrews,3 males and 3 females,were euthanized and then underwent general anatomy.For further ex-amination,the nose,throat,lung and trachea were extracted,preserved with 4％paraformaldehyde,and then embedded and sliced for hematoxylin eosin staining.Histological characteristics were then observed.Results The histological characteristics of the tree shrew'nose,throat,trachea,and lungs,all of which are important respira-tory organs,were similar to those of humans.It was also observed that the tree shrew's nose combines the histo-logical characteristics of olfactory organs and the trachea combines the histological characteristics of vocal organs.Conclusion Tree shrews can be employed in experiments related to human respiratory diseases,because their re-spiratory organs'histological characteristics are analogous to those of humans.关键词
