通关藤抗结直肠癌活性及作用机制研究进展
Research progress on the anti-colorectal cancer activity and mechanism of Marsdenia tenacissima
摘要
Abstract
Marsdenia tenacissima(MT)is the dry stem of Marsdenia tenacissima(Roxb.),which has high pharmacological activity.Studies have shown that MT has multiple components,and some can play a positive and important role in anti-tumor activity.In recent years,the pharmacological studies have demonstrated that MT plays roles of antitumor in the management of colorectal cancer by blocking cell cycle progression,suppressing metastasis,promoting apoptosis,regulating immune system,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and reversing drug re-sistance of tumor cells,and so on.Finally,clinical researches also confirm the beneficial effects of MT on the treatment of patients,meanwhile,the extract of MT has been widely used in clinical practice and showed great development potential.The effect and mechanism of MT extract resisting colorectal cancer were reviewed in this article in active ingredient,pharmacology and clinical outlook,aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the de-velopment and utilization of MT against colorectal cancer in the future.关键词
