文氏马齿苋汤对急性湿疹小鼠血清IgE、IL-2和IL-5的影响
The Effects of Wenshi Purslane Decoction on Serum IgE,IL-2 and IL-5 in Mice with Acute Eczema

Abstract
Objective:To provide an experimental basis for the treatment of acute eczema by observing the effects of Wenshi purslane decoction(WSPD)on the serum IgE,IL-2 and IL-5 levels in mice model with acute eczema.Methods:In this study,36 BALB/c male mice were selected and randomly divided into blank group,model group,gentian liver-draining pill group,high dose,medium dose,and low dose groups of WSPD.We used acetone-olive oil solution of 2,4-dinitrobenzone(DNCB)to induce acute eczema in mice,and then all the mice were treated for 7 days.After the experiment,the levels of IgE,IL-2 and IL-5 in each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with the blank group,the skin lesions of acute eczema mice in all groups of WSPD were relieved,as only a small reduction of erythema,crust and scales could be observed.These changes are the most apparent in the high and middle dose groups of WSPD.Furthermore,WSPD could reduce serum IgE,IL-2 and IL-5 to varying degrees(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with gentian liver-draining pill group,the medium dose group of WSPD had lower IgE expression(P<0.05),the high dose group of WSPD had apparently lower IL-2 levels(P<0.05),and the medium and low dose groups of WSPD had significantly lower IL-5 expression levels(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:WSPD can significantly reduce the levels of serum IgE,IL-2 and IL-5 in mice models of acute eczema,and also alleviate the symptoms of erythema,edema and exudation of skin lesions.关键词
