中药单体抗急性肝损伤的作用机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Action of Traditional Chinese Medicine Monomers against Acute Liver Injury
摘要
Abstract
Liver injury is a kind of liver disease that is not easily detected,and if it continues to be damaged,it can develop into liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,and possibly liver cancer,and even life-threatening.The pathogenesis has not yet been clarified.Western medicine commonly uses vitamins and drugs to metabolism promoting drugs,detoxification and liver protection drugs,anti-inflammatory and liver protection drugs to alleviate liver injury symptoms,but long-term use of these drugs may lead to reduced efficacy,drug resistance and other problems.Based on the overall regulatory advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with multiple components,multiple targets and multiple links,more and more studies have been conducted on the treatment of liver injury by TCM through the mechanism of inhibiting inflammation and alleviating oxidative stress.Therefore,this paper uses"TCM monomer","signaling pathway"and"mechanism of action"as key words to search the relevant literature in Chinese and English in recent years.These literatures are systematically summarized,and the existing problems and development trends of the current research are analyzed.It was found that TCM monomers can exert anti-acute liver injury from JAK/STAT,PI3k/Akt,NF-κB protein and MAPk signaling pathway.Most of the anti-liver injury Chinese medicines have the activities of soothing the liver and regulating qi,clearing the liver and gallbladder,and supplementing and activating the blood,and can treat liver injury through multiple ways and multiple targets such as inhibiting immune inflammation and anti-oxidative stress.In the treatment of liver injury,most of the TCM monomers can pre-protect the liver,and a small number of TCM monomers have therapeutic effects on liver injury.关键词
