Abstract
In order to optimize the process parameters of hollow control arm of A356 aluminum alloy in low pressure diecasting,the solidification time,shrinkage pore volumeand secondary dendrite arm spacing were used as evaluation indexes by Taguchi method.The effects of temperature parameters and time parameters on the forming quality and mechanical properties of thecastings were analyzed by means of mean and range analysis and variance analysis.The results showed that the preheating temperature and filling time had significant effects on the mechanical properties and production efficiency of the castings.关键词
