Abstract
The key control processes of two kinds of-40℃ultra-low temperature ductile iron QT400-18L and QT500-7L products,such as casting process,molding process,melting process and mass production quality control,are introduced.The comprehensive yield of-40℃ultra-low temperature ductile iron castings can be stably controlled above 92%.On the basis of-40℃ultra-low temperature ductile iron,the effects of Si,Mn,P and S on the impact toughness of-60℃ultra-low temperature ductile iron were further studied,and the influence rules were analyzed.关键词
