我国旅游满意度研究的知识图谱分析
Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Tourism Satisfaction Research in China
摘要
Abstract
With the help of the keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergence of knowledge mapping soft-ware,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the core literature of tourism satisfaction research in China from 2003 to 2021.The results show that the study of tourism satisfaction in China has mainly gone through three stages:ger-mination,development and stability,and a more extensive and close cooperative network needs to be formed between the research authors and research institutions.The research mainly focuses on satisfaction"tourist scenic spots""in-fluencing factors""willingness to revisit"and"rural tourism".Hot research topics focus on the five dimensions of"tourist satisfaction""influencing factors of tourist satisfaction""tourist satisfaction measurement""rural tourism"and"forest park".The research on tourism satisfaction of scenic spots of landscape architecture will be the main trend in the future.关键词
