乡村振兴背景下地方高校毕业生返乡就业心理分析
Psychological Analysis of Local College Graduates'Returning Home for Employment in the Context of Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
This paper investigated the willingness to return to rural employment and psychological state of local college graduates by questionnaire and interviews.The results showed that the subjective motiva-tion of the graduates was sufficient,but the psychological expectation was high and the employment pres-sure and employment anxiety coexisted.Therefore,in order to promote the return of local college gradu-ates to their hometowns for employment,corresponding opinions and suggestions have been put forward from three aspects:local governments,colleges and universities,and graduates.关键词
