法学视域下电子竞技纠纷解决机制探析
Analysis of E—sports Dispute Resolution Mechanism from the Perspective of Law
摘要
Abstract
The e—sports dispute resolution mechanism is mainly composed of official decisions,media-tion,reconciliation,arbitration,litigation and other ways.At present,there are many ways to resolve dis-putes in the e—sports dispute resolution mechanism,but the application is not smooth,the official associa-tion has flaws in solving e—sports disputes,and the lack of professional neutral institutions to solve dis-putes hinder the realization of its functions.In order to ensure that e—sports disputes can be properly han-dled,and then promote the development of the e—sports industry,we should dredge the e—sports dispute resolution channels,improve the dispute prevention mechanism,and give play to the advantages of arbitra-tion to dredge e—sports disputes.关键词
