人本化的TOR研究
Study on Humanized TOR:Taking Wudaokou Subway Station as an Example

Abstract
With the issuance of multiple regulations by the National Development and Reform Commission,it is clear that rail transit oriented urban construction is an important lever for smart growth,quantity reduction and quality improvement.How to integrate stations and urban space from a humanistic perspective,inject vitality into urban renewal,and improve the quality of life of citizens is currently an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the transformation from TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)to TOR(Transit-Oriented Renewal),the humanistic connotation of TOR is extracted from the perspectives of transportation,function,and landscape comfort,and then the current problems faced by humanistic TOR are summarized.The personalized TOR strategies such as traffic three-dimensional encryption,functional encryption coupling,and landscape centripetal stitching are proposed,and the empirical analysis is conducted using Beijing Wudaokou Station as an example,providing experience and reference for the station city integration update of humanization in mega cities in China.关键词
