中药灌肠配合中药外敷在输卵管阻塞性不孕症术后的应用
Application of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with external application of Chinese herbal medicine in postoperative treatment of tubal obstruction barrenness

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with external application of Chinese herbal medicine in postoperative treatment of tubal obstruction barrenness.Methods 92 cases with tubal obstruction barrenness admitted to Shaanxi Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fallopian tube intervention surgery,while the observation group received the combination of Xiaozheng Tongguan Formula enema and external application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for three courses of treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and IL-8 levels],fallopian tube recanalization rate,clinical total response rate,recurrence rate,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were all decreased in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);After three courses of treatment,the rate of fallopian tube recanalization in the observation group(89.1％,41/46)was significantlty higher than that in the control group(69.6％,32/46)(P＜0.05);The total effective rate(87.0％,40/46)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(65.2％,30/46)(P＜0.05);After 1-year follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with external application of Chinese herbal medicine can alleviate clinical symptoms after fallopian tube intervention surgery,inhibit inflammatory reactions,improve the rate of fallopian tube recanalization,and help improve the clinical prognosis of patients.关键词
