微创旋切术联合中药治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎
Analysis of the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive rotary varicotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive rotary varicotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis.Methods 80 patients with granulomatous mastitis were selected and divided into the control group(antibiotic+hormone+traditional surgery)and the treatment group(antibiotic+hormone+traditional Chinese medicine+minimally invasive rotary varicotomy).There were 35 patients in the control group and 45 patients in the treatment group.The clinical treatment effect,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP),breast shape evaluation and breast shape satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results In the treatment group the cure rate and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group(all P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the improvement of postoperative imflammatory response was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the rates of breast appearance excellence and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive rotary varicotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine has the significant effect in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis,which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate while keeping the breast shape to the maximum extent,and is worth promoting in clinical practice.关键词
