基于真实世界数据的温散酊透皮给药治疗肺结节的疗效评价
Evaluation of the efficacy of transdermal administration of Wensan Tincture in the treatment of pulmonary nodules based on real-world data

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of transdermal administration of Wensan Tincture in the treatment of pulmonary nodules based on real-world data of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The data of 1315 patients with pulmonary nodules enrolled were retrospectivelty analyzed.The patients were divided into the exposed group(n=342)treated with transdermal administration of Wensan Tincture and the non-exposed group(n=973).The changes and progression of pulmonary nodules within the study time window were recorded.Using propensity score matching method,match was performed according to the 1:1 genetic matching method to balance confounding factors between the two groups.The differences in pulmonary nodule progression between the exposed group and the non-exposed group were compared,and the pulmonary nodule progression between different cumulative exposure values in the exposed group was observed.Results There were 305 cases in the exposed group and 305 cases in the non-exposed group after propensity score matching.There was statistically significant difference in the growth rate of pulmonary nodules between the exposed group and the non-exposed group after matching(P<0.001).In the exposed group,the incidence of pulmonary nodule progression decreased with the increase of cumulative exposure values.Conclusion Transdermal administration of Wensan Tincture can reduce the growth rate of pulmonary nodules,effectively inhibit the growth of pulmonary nodules and delay the progression of pulmonary nodules.关键词
