盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑对慢性牙周炎的影响
Effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods 73 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group(n=35)and the study group(n=38)according to random number table method.The control group received basic therapy combined with tinidazole treatment,while the study group received minocycline hydrochloride ointment treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Periodontal health index,oxidative stress index,periodontitis mediators,matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)and secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA)levels,and immune function were detected in the two groups,and adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were observed.Results Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the plaque index,periodontal pocket depth,gingival index,attachment loss,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1 β(IL-1β),MMP9,SIgA,regulatory T cells(Treg)and helper T cells 17(Th17)decreased in the two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);And the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);The total effective rate in the study group(92.11％,35/38)was higher than that in the control group(74.19％,26/35)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with tinidazole treatment can reduce the levels of MMP9 and SIgA in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis,improve periodontal health,improve oxidative stress status and immune function.This therapy has good clinical efficacy.关键词
