血栓弹力图、常规凝血检测在评估卵巢恶性肿瘤凝血状态中的价值
Value of thromboelastography and conventional coagulation test in evaluating the coagulation status of ovarian malignant tumor

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of thromboelastography(TEG)and conventional coagulation test(CCTs)in evaluating the coagulation status and predicting the occurrence of thrombus in patients with ovarian malignant tumors.Methods 120 patients with advanced ovarian malignant tumors and 40 patients with benign ovarian tumors(referred to as the benign group)who were hospitalized in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected.All patients enrolled were diagnosed by histopathology.The ovarian malignant tumor patients were divided into the loaded groupand the unloaded group according to the tumor burden,with 60 cases in each group.TEG and CCTs were detected and analyzed in the enrolled patients.Results The R value and K value of TEG in the loaded group were lower than those in the unloaded group and the benign group,while the α angle,MA value,CI value,and the levels of FIB,FDP and D-D in the loaded group were higher than those in the unloaded group and the benign group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TEG parameters between the benign group and the unloaded group,but FIB,D-D and FDP levels in the unloaded group were higher than those in the benign group(P＜0.05),and the abnormal rates of TEG parameters and D-D in the loaded group were higher than those in the unloaded group and the benign group.In the loaded group,compared with D-D,the abnormal rate of TEG was higher(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the abnormal rates of TEG and D-D between the unloaded group and the benign group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The ovarian malignant tumor patients with tumor burden are more likely to present hypercoagulable state.TEG can increase the detection rate of abnormal coagulation state,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,and is not affected by age.关键词
