肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征伴代谢综合征患者尿酸与糖脂代谢的相关性分析
Analysis of the relationship between uric acid and glycolipid metabolism in obese polycystic ovary syndrome patients with metabolic syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and glycolipid metabolism in obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods The data of 783 patients with PCOS were retrospectively analyzed.The patients with PCOS were divided into the obese group and the non-obese group based on whether they were obese or not.According to the MS evaluation criteria,the obese PCOS patients were divided into obese PCOS combined with MS group(MS group)and obese PCOS combined with non-MS group(non MS group).The differences of relevant indicators among all groups were compared and the correlation between uric acid and metabolic indicators was analyzed.Results Body mass index,waist-hip ratio,blood pressure,and the levels of testosterone,blood glucose(fasting,30 minutes,60 minutes,120 minutes),insulin(fasting,30 minutes,60 minutes,120 minutes),triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and uric acid,and insulin resistance index in the obese group were significantly higher than those in the non-obese group;Waist-hip ratio,blood pressure,and the levels of blood glucose(fasting,30 minutes,60 minutes,120 minutes),insulin(fasting,60 minutes,120 minutes),triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and uric acid,and insulin resistance index in MS group were significantly higher than those in non-MS group(P＜0.05).In the obese group,uric acid level was positively correlated with body mass index,and the levels of blood glucose(120 minutes),insulin(fasting,30 minutes,60 minutes,120 minutes),triglyceride and low density lipoprotein,and negatively correlated with estradiol level;In MS group,the level of uric acid of PCOS patients was positively correlated with the levels of insulin(fasting,30 minutes),and negatively correlated with estradiol level(P＜0.05).Conclusion In obese PCOS patients with MS,the symptoms of hyperuricemia,insulin resistance and glycolipid metabolism disorders are more severe,and uric acid level is closely related to metabolic indicators such as insulin level and glycolipid level.关键词
