针刺治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折术后疼痛的研究进展
Research progress in acupuncture treatment of postoperative pain in osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture
摘要
Abstract
Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture is the most serious complication of osteoporosis.With the aging of the world population,its incidence is increasing year by year,which has a serious impact on the quality of life of the elderly population.The main treatment method is surgical therapy,which has a definite effect.However,residual pain after fracture operation is one of the most important complications of this disease,and its treatment has been widely concerned in clinical practice.By reviewing and summarizing the methods for treating residual pain after surgery for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,it is found that the main methods include oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,acupuncture,moxibustion,external application of traditional chinese herbs and so on.Among them,acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine has the excellent advantage in treating residual pain after surgery for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.关键词
