Progress in the prevention and treatment of heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Chronic heart failure is the final stage of heart disease,and clinical treatment measures are still very limited.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases is definite.This article summarizes the current research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure by reviewing and summarizing the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,prevention and treatment concepts,and mechanisms of chronic heart failure.In clinical practice,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment for chronic heart failure mainly focuses on warming yang for diuresis,benefiting qi,and promoting blood circulation.In addition,modern medical research has confirmed that the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating chronic heart failure is closely related to regulating mitochondrial function and energy metabolism,body fluid-hormones signal transduction,and inhibiting cell apoptosis.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the use of modern biomedical technology is expected to provide new directions and ideas for the treatment of chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
