免疫检查点抑制剂相关性肺炎的中西医诊疗现状
Status of traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
The application of immune checkpoint inhibitors provides new options for clinical treatment of tumors,but the adverse reactions caused by immune therapy can not be ignored,and in severe cases,these adverse reactions can even endanger the lives of many patients.Immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated pneumonia is a type of adverse reaction to immunotherapy with a low incidence but high mortality rate.Therefore,the prevention,early detection,and treatment of immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated pneumonia are particularly important.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated pneumonia is based on deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and the treatment is mainly focused on strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors.Western medicine believes that its onset is related to the types of immune checkpoint inhibitors,tumor types,and treatment plans.The treatment is mainly focused on glucocorticoid therapy,while some patients require combined immunosuppressive therapy.This article analyzes the current diagnosis and treatment status of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine after consulting literature.关键词
