肿瘤姑息治疗患者的营养策略
Nutrition strategies for patients undergoing palliative treatment of tumors
摘要
Abstract
The incidence of malnutrition in tumor patients is high,and the causes are multifaceted.It is attributed to factors such as inadequate food intake,increased tumor consumption,the effects of anti-tumor treatment,and other factors,belonging to the category of"consumptive disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.Nutritional support should be consistently provided throughout the entire tumor treatment process,particularly during palliative care.Western medicine nutrition supply methods for cancer patients have the phenomena of overlap and transition,and follow stepped-care for malnutrition;Traditional Chinese medicine treatment follows the differential treatment of etiology and pathogenesis.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nutritional therapy provides new ideas for personalized comprehensive nutrition support for tumor patients during palliative care,and is more suitable for the current clinical practice development needs.关键词
