血清白蛋白预测癌症术后并发症的研究进展
Research progress in predicting postoperative complications of cancer with serum albumin
摘要
Abstract
Serum albumin is a traditional nutritional biomarker that has the advantages of low cost and easy availability.In recent years,its close relationship with inflammation and tumors has received increasing attention from scholars.Many studies have shown that preoperative hypoalbuminemia is closely related to complications such as postoperative wound infection,anastomotic leak,and cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.In addition,it is also strongly associated with prolonged hospital stay and increased mortality.Compared with using it alone,the ability of serum albumin combined with other indicators to predict postoperative complications of cancer surgery is more valuable,which can help guide clinicians to take early intervention measures and reduce the burden of medical expenses.The efficacy of intravenous albumin infusion in improving the prognosis of surgical patients is still controversial and further research is needed.关键词
