《儒门事亲》中张子和对"辨证行为疗法"的应用初探
Preliminary exploration of the application effect of Zhang Zihe's dialectical behavior therapy in Rumen Shi Qin
摘要
Abstract
During the Jin and Yuan dynasties,Zhang Zihe,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,was deeply influenced by the overall medical ideology of"unity of man with Heaven"and"spirit-body combination"in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic,and had unique insights into the theory of the etiology and pathogenesis of emotional factors."Rumen Shi Qin"is a concrete manifestation of Zhang Zihe's medical thinking,and in many medical cases,he flexibly used psychological treatment methods,such as habituating patients to harmful stimuli and making them no longer sensitive to them,and emotion inter-resistance."Dialectical behavior therapy"is a modern psychology approach that uses uncomfortable behavior as a starting point to differentiate and treat individual psychological disorders caused by imbalanced responses to internal and external environmental stimuli.It has a good therapeutic effect on treating depression,anxiety,and posttraumatic stress disorder.This article analyzes the medical cases related to"dialectical behavior therapy"in"Rumen Shi Qin"and summarizes its similarities and differences with modern psychology"dialectical behavior therapy",in order to provide new ideas for the practical application of traditional Chinese medicine psychological culture.关键词
