风药在痹病中的应用探讨
Discussion on the application of expelling wind drug in arthralgia
摘要
Abstract
Zhang Yuansu,a medical expert in the Jin Dynasty,based on the discussion of the thin and thick odors in the"Huangdi Neijing",created the theory of"analogizing Chinese medicines with natural phenomenon",which classified drugs into five categories,including"upbearing and promoting features of wind".Later,it was developed by his disciple Li Dongyuan,and the term"expelling wind drug"became well-known.Through the inheritance and development of the theory of"expelling wind drug"by medical practitioners through various dynasties,the theoretical content of this medicine has been continuously enriched,and so far,"expelling wind drug"has been widely used in clinical practice.Arthralgia is always caused by external factors such as the six climatic exopathogens and evil factors,which are combined with the internal cause of the deficiency of vital qi.During the course of the disease,there can be various pathological products such as turbid phlegm,static blood and toxic heat,and the causes of its pathogenesis are complex."Wind pathogen"occupies an important position among many etiologies,so expelling wind drug is often used in the treatment of arthralgia.It is of great significance to summarize the application ideas of expelling wind drug to enrich the treatment methods of arthralgia.关键词
