Abstract
For the torque ripple suppression problem of built-in permanent magnet motors,this paper analyzes the main generation mechanism of torque pulsation based on Maxwell's Stress Tensor equations,and adopts the design of opening rotor auxiliary slots to reduce the torque pulsation of the motor.In order to determine the design parameters of the auxiliary slots,orthogonal tests are created based on Taguchi's method,and the parameters of the auxiliary slots that minimize the torque pulsation are obtained through the analysis of the average value.By designing the optimal rotor open auxiliary slot scheme,the influence of tooth slot harmonics is mainly reduced,thus reducing the motor torque pulsation by about 14%,while the average motor torque is increased by a small amount.The research content of this paper has certain engineering significance for the analysis of torque pulsation and related optimization of built-in permanent magnet motors.关键词
