Assessment on the Implementation of the New Town Plan and Planning Countermea-sures:A Case of Zhugang New Town of Shantou
摘要
Abstract
As an important mode of urban expansion and development in the rapid urbanization stage of China,the planning and implementation of new district plan are often prone to problems,such as poor connection between planning and construction due to policy adjustments,market economy and other factors.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to carry out regular planning and implementation assessments.This paper combines the planning and implementation assessment practice of Shantou Zhugang New Town,discusses the assessment methods and main contents of the detailed regulatory planning of the new town,identifies the main problems in the planning and construction of the new town,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the dynamic maintenance of the planning.关键词
