The Application of the Linkage Theory in Community Renewal:A Case of Southwest Street in Fuqin Street

Abstract
As China enters the stage of high-quality development,China has generally left the era of demolition and construction and entered the stage of stock renewal.However,there are still some problems left over,such as poor quality of old community space and fragmentation distribution,to be solved.Based on the linkage theory in urban design,taking the organic renewal of Southwest Street in Fuqin Street as an actual case,the paper classifies and selects the elements of correlation coupling and constructs a model.With the aim of"revitalizing the stock space",the paper conducts the application research in urban community renewal in order to provide a new perspective and context for the organic renewal strategy of urban communities.关键词
