摘要
Abstract
This paper studies and analyzes the risks in the management of the current construction engineering contracts.By analyzing the causes of risks,corresponding control and preventive measures are proposed to provide references for the standardization of construction engineering contract management.The main reasons for contract management risks include imperfect contract terms,weak process supervision,and inefficient dispute resolution mechanisms.To effectively control and prevent risks,it is necessary to optimize contract terms,to strengthen process management,to standardize change processes,and to enhance communication and coordination etc.,so as to develop systematic preventive measures.By doing so,the occurrence and escalation of contract risks can be effectively controlled,providing valuable insights for improving the contract management system.关键词
