Investigations into and Reflections on Prize-winning Projects in the China Youth Voluntary Service Project Competition:Based on An Ananalysis of the Data from the Previous Five Competitions

Abstract
A survey of 2,566 youth voluntary service projects that won gold and silver awards in the past five years reveals that the award-winning projects have achieved remarkable results in organizing the majority of young people to participate in voluntary service,in responding positively to major national development strategies,in guiding the professional development of youth voluntary service,in giving play to the role of youth voluntary service in educating people,and in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in youth voluntary service.However,the ability of project specialization,branding and management standardization,the ability of project replication and promotion,the ability of sustainable development and utilization,and the ability of project social coordination and leveraging multi-social resources,they still need to be strengthened,and the role of youth voluntary service in grass-roots social governance is expected to be improved.To the end of improvement,countermeasures proposed will cover the professional development level of volunteer service projects,the standard management level of volunteer service projects,the replication and promotion level of excellent volunteer service projects,and the level of social coordination of volunteer service,the youth volunteer service participation governance level,and other aspects.关键词
