Student Political Advisor Incentive Mechanism Innovation from the Perspective of Employee Help Plan
摘要
Abstract
Based on the combined perspective of management,psychology and pedagogy,this paper addresses the issues of willingness,drive,assistance and ability involved in student political advisor incentive mechanism,and analyzes the necessity of employee help plan in the advisor incentive mechanism.From the aspects of career counseling,strengthening ability training,using positive psychology,clarifying work responsibilities,improving salary and welfare and implementing flexible management,the paper creatively puts forward a new path to implement the advisor incentive mechanism based on employee help plan.关键词
