Spherical aberration-corrected transmission electron microscopy(TEM)is an important microstructural analytical technique extensively used in cutting-edge scientific research in the fields of chemistry,materials,and biology.This paper presents the principles of spherical aberration-corrected TEM,its application in chemical crystal structure analysis,and its influence on the structural chemistry curriculum.关键词
