Abstract

A study was conducted on the treatment of tungsten containing wastewater generated by the tungsten smelting acid extraction process,including the recovery of tungsten,the reduction of COD in wastewater,and the recovery of organic phase and acid in wastewater.The effects of macroporous acrylic resin,coal and macroporous aromatic resin,and anionic homogeneous membrane on the recovery of tungsten,organic phase and acid in wastewater and the reduction of COD were investigated.The results showed that through treatment with macroporous acrylic resin,the adsorption flow rate was 1-5BV/h,and the recovery of tungsten reached 99%.After treatment with coal and macroporous aromatic resin,the adsorption flow rate was 1-5BV/h,achieving a COD reduction of over 91%in wastewater.Finally,using an anionic homogeneous membrane device for treatment,the comprehensive recovery rate of sulfuric acid reached over 80%,ultimately achieving qualified wastewater discharge.
