Abstract
Affected by objective factors such as intensified geopolitical turmoil,sluggish domestic steel market,and strong raw fuel costs,the profit margins of steel enterprises are constantly being compressed,and reducing ore powder inventory has become a good way for enterprises to seek cost reduction and efficiency increase.A certain steel enterprise has effectively reduced the inventory of raw materials by optimizing inventory management in the raw material yard,adopting an extreme material usage policy,using measures such as replacing long piles with medium and short piles,and outsourcing scarce minerals;And propose a pre batching direct delivery process under extreme inventory,where the chemical composition fluctuation of mixed ore and sintered ore significantly increases,and the quality indicators show a deteriorating trend.It is recommended that it can only be used as an emergency measure and cannot be implemented for a long time.关键词
