摘要

Abstract

The influence of Y content on the microstructure and magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B based sintered magnets were investigated in this work.Within the range of 0.0 at.%-3.0 at.%Y content,the remanence shows a decrease from 14.27 kGs to 14.09 kGs.Every increase of 1 at.%Y,the remanence decreases by about 0.06 kGs.The coercivity decreases dramatically from 17.78 kOe to 13.59 kOe.From the element distribution,the Y element mainly enters the main phase at 2:14:1.Compared with Nd2Fe14B or Pr2Fe14B,Y2Fe14B has a slightly lower saturation magnetization and extremely low magnetic crystal anisotropy field.Therefore,after doping with Y,the remanence of the magnet slightly decreases and the coercivity deteriorates sharply.Through DSC analysis,adding Y has no effect on Curie temperature of the magnet.
