粉末爆轰发动机压差式供给系统工作特性研究
Study on the Characteristics of Differential Pressure Type Fuel Supply for Powder Detonation Engine

Abstract
In this paper,a differential pressure type powder fuel supply system was established.By monitoring the fluidization chamber pressure,downstream pressure,fluidization gas mass flow rate and powder collecting bag weight in real time,the fluidization process and powder feeding characteristics of the powder feeding system were investigated in different piston speeds.The semiempirical equation for the gas-solid two-phase chocking flow of pulverized coal was obtained.The conclusion can be given as below.When the powder supply process enters stable powder supply stage,stable delivery for the engine can be achieved.With the increase of powder supply,the flow area for the gas gradually decreases,resulting in a higher pressure in the fluidization chamber.By decreasing the differential pressure of the injection,it was demonstrated that the gas-solid two-phase flow was chocked during the total pressure increasing of the main gas from 1 MPa to 2.5 MPa in a piston speed of 10 mm/s.The gas-solid two-phase sound velocity equation and the semiempirical chocking flow mass rate equation obtained by fitting the experimental results at a total fluidization gas pressure of 3 MPa are further verified experimentally at a total fluidization gas pressure of 4 MPa,so the fitted equation is applicable to the prediction of the coal powder/nitrogen gas-solid two-phase chocking flow mass rate in the fuel delivery process of the introduced injection powder supply system.关键词
