摘要

Abstract

Doped tungsten wire is used in fields such as high color temperature lighting,automotive lighting,and labor protection.Due to the influence of K volatilization,the weight of a single tungsten rod cannot be increased.In order to improve production efficiency,resistance welding is generally adopted to increase the weight of a single tungsten rod.But the quality of resistance welding is a key factor affecting the continuous and efficient processing of wire.Therefore,this experiment aims to study the welding current and upset pressure in the tungsten rod resistance welding process,explore their impact on the performance of doped tungsten rod solder joints,and combine the microstructure and metallographic structure report of the solder joints to determine a reasonable and good potassium doped tungsten rod resistance welding process to ensure the quality of tungsten rod butt welding.
