Research on Structural Optimization and Automatic Distribution Technology of Belt Conveyors

Abstract
The research on structure optimization and automatic distribution technology of belt conveyors was conducted to improve the degree of mechanization and automation in mine comminution.In practical applications,the capacity of the pre-selected screening warehouse is limited,which results in the frequent movements of the distribution cars.However,defects in the structural design easily cause issues including damages in the gear of walking trolleys,stand stretch,and the rail-gnaw.The structural optimization was conducted to solve those issues,including structural reinforcement of distribution cars,the selection and replacement of tracks and wheels,and frequency conversion retrofit of the driving devices.Additionally,automatic distribution technology solution was proposed to accomplish the automatic distribution of conveyors and reduce labor intensity.After implementing the structural optimization and automatic distribution technology solution,the stability and life of the crushing system are improved,and the labor costs are reduced,producing remarkable economic benefits.关键词
