Abstract
Aiming at the problem of exterior ballistic design of bullets considering stability,windage yaw sensitivity and armor-piercing ability,an optimization design method considering both aerodynamic shape and structural parameters was proposed.The warhead structure similar to the US M855 bullet can be divided into three parts(copper shell,lead core and steel core)was adopted as the research object.The volume ratio of three materials and the aerodynamic shape parameters of the warhead were taken as the optimization design variables.The minimum sensitivity of crosswind deflection and the maximum penetration thickness were taken as the optimization objectives.Considering the constraints of shape parameters,structural parameters and stability,a multi-objective optimization design mathematical model was established,and the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm was adopted to obtain the global optimal solution.The simulation results show that the optimized aerodynamic shape and structural parameters can ensure that the whole trajectory of the warhead meets the requirements of dynamic stability.Compared with the initial scheme,the crosswind wind deflection sensitivity factor of the optimized scheme is reduced by 16.4%,the impact point kinetic energy is increased by 18.2%,and the armor piercing thickness is increased by 41.8%.Compared with the comparison scheme,under the same aerodynamic shape and velocity change,the optimization of structural parameters improves the penetration ability of the projectile by 24.9%,and obtains better stability,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the optimization design method proposed in this paper.The research can provide a new idea for the design of bullet exterior ballistics.关键词
