摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To develop polysaccharide resources from Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis flowers,we studied the extraction process of G.Jasminoides flower polysaccharides and their lipid metabolism regulation effects.[Method]Single factor experiment and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extraction process of G.jasminoides flower polysaccharide in this study.Oleic acid was used to establish fat accumulation HepG2 cell model,to evaluate the effect of the polysaccharide on the lipid metabolism in HepG2 fat accumulation cells.[Result]The extraction rate of G.jasminoides polysaccharides was maximized at 17.48%with liquid-material ratio of 25 mL·g-1,ultrasonic power of 550 W,ultrasonic time of 140 min,and extraction temperature of 63℃.Com-pared with the model group,G.jasminoides flower polysaccharides could effectively reduce the contents of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)while increase the content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in high-fat cells,without impairing the survival rate of HepG2 cells.[Conclusion]The anti-hyperlipidemic activity of G.jasminoides flower polysaccharide was good.
