基于网络游记的海岛旅游体验研究
Research on Island Tourism Experience Based on Online Travel Notes:A Case Study of Changshan Islands

Abstract
Taking Changshan Islands in Dalian as a case study,this paper draws on travel notes from Ctrip and Mafengwo online travel websites about Changshan Islands as data sources.With embodied theory as a research perspective,the content analysis method is used to code and score the island tourism experience elements in the travel notes.By applying the Social Network Analysis(SNA)and the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA),this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the structural characteristics of these elements and the tourist experience quality for each element.The results show that(1)The embodied tourism experience elements of Changshan Islands are com-posed of four dimensions:environmental,physical,service,and mood experiences,totaling 23 elements.(2)The Social Network Analysis shows that the network structure of embodied tourism experience elements in Changshan Islands has the characteristics of high density and strong internal coordination.Island tourism accommodation,unique island entertainment,and food and beverages emerge as the three core elements of Changshan Islands tourism.(3)Results of the Importance-Per-formance Analysis show an overall high satisfaction among tourists in Changshan Islands,though certain elements receive lower evaluations.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations for the future tourism development of Changs-han Islands.关键词
