序贯疗法联合益生菌对幽门螺杆菌疗效的meta分析
Sequential therapy combined with probiotics for helicobacter pylori:a meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of sequential therapy combined with probiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods The randomized controlled trials of sequential therapy combined with probiotics in the treatment of Hp infection were retrieved from the establishment to June 20,2022.The literatures were screened according to the inclusion criteria.The modified Jadad scale was used to evaluate the bias risk.The RevMan5.3 software was used for the statistics and analysis.Results A total of 22 randomized controlled trials involving 3 158 patients were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the total negative conversion rate(OR=3.99,95％CI 3.10-5.14,P＜0.001),effective rate(OR=4.98,95％CI 3.57-6.94,P＜0.001),recurrence rate(OR=0.20,95％CI 0.07-0.56,P=0.002),symptom score(OR=-1.41,95％CI-1.51--1.31,P＜0.001),and incidence of adverse reactions(OR=0.28,95％CI 0.21-0.36,P＜0.001)of sequential therapy combined with probiotics in the treatment of Hp infection were better than those of the control group.Conclusion The negative conversion rate and effective rate of sequential therapy combined with probiotics in the treatment of Hp infection are higher than those of the simple sequential therapy,and the symptom score,recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse reactions are lower.关键词
