老年肌少症患者胃动力和胃肠激素的变化
Changes of gastric motility and gastrointestinal hormones in elderly patients with sarcopenia

Abstract
Objective To describe the correlation between sarcopenia and gastric motility.Methods Inpatients were recruited and categorized into three groups according to the AWGS2 criteria.The enrolled patients underwent compre-hensive geriatric assessment(CGA),including assessments of muscle strength,muscle mass,and other indicators,per-formed by specialized nurses.Gastric emptying time(GET)was measured using an improved ultrasound single-section method.Fasting blood samples(5 mL)were collected to measure levels of cholecystokinin(CCK),glucagon-like pep-tide-1(GLP-1),peptide YY(PYY),nesfatin,and ghrelin.Results A total of 104 patients were included,with an average age of(83.9±7.5)years.Among them,there were 31 cases(29.8％)in the non-sarcopenia group,26 cases(25.0％)in the pre-sarcopenia group,and 47 cases(45.2％)in the sarcopenia group.The gastric emptying time re-sults indicated that compared to the normal group,both the sarcopenia group and the pre-sarcopenia group had signifi-cantly prolonged gastric emptying times,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).In the sarcopenia group,fasting blood concentrations of CCK,GLP-1,and PYY were significantly increased,while there were no significant chan-ges in nesfatin and ghrelin concentrations(P＞0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with sarcopenia exhibit significantly prolonged gastric emptying times and elevated blood levels of CCK,GLP-1,and PYY.This study provides a scientific clinical basis for understanding the mechanisms and treatment of sarcopenia.关键词
