术前运动干预结合术后阶梯式康复指导对前交叉韧带损伤患者康复效果的影响
Effect of preoperative exercise intervention combined with postoperative step rehabilitation guidance on the reha-bilitation of patients with anterior cruciate ligament deficiency

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of preoperative exercise intervention combined with postoperative stepwise rehabilitation guidance on the rehabilitation effect of anterior cruciate ligament patients.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent primary ACL reconstruction surgery at our hospital from July 1,2021,to December 15,2022,were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 patients in each group.Patients who re-ceived preoperative exercise intervention combined with postoperative stepped rehabilitation guidance were included in the observation group,while patients who received routine postoperative rehabilitation guidance were included in the control group.The HSS(Knee Joint Function Score)and Lysholm scores were compared between the two groups at the preopera-tive stage,as well as at one month and three months postoperatively.Results There was no significant difference in HSS scores between the two groups at the preoperative stage(P＞0.05).However,both groups showed significantly higher HSS scores at one month and three months postoperatively compared to the preoperative scores.Additionally,at these two postoperative time points,the observation group had significantly higher HSS scores compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Regarding Lysholm scores,there was no significant difference between the two groups at the preoperative stage and one month postoperatively(both P＞0.05).However,at three months postoperatively,both groups showed significantly higher Lysholm scores compared to the earlier time points,with the observation group having significantly higher scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing primary arthroscopic ACL reconstruction surger-y,preoperative exercise intervention combined with postoperative stepped rehabilitation guidance can reduce early postop-erative pain,increase active range of motion of the knee joint,and substantially improve knee joint function.关键词
