强直性脊柱炎患者希望水平现状及影响因素
Current status and factors influencing the level of hope of people with ankylosing spondylitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of hope levels of patients with ankylosing spondylitis and its influencing factors.Methods A cross-sectional survey study was conducted using the General Information Question-naire,the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,the Hope Level Scale,and the Ankylosing Spondylitis Patient Quality Scale on patients with AS who met the inclusion criteria from January 2022 to November 2022.Results In 200 patients with ankylosing spondylitis,the level of hope score was 34.18±4.07.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in patients'hope level scores in term of age,marital status,education level,mode of resi-dence,monthly per capita household income,occupation,and number of years since diagnosis(P＜0.05).Multiple lin-ear regression analysis showed that age and quality of life were factors influencing the level of hope among patients with an-kylosing spondylitis.Conclusion Patients with ankylosing spondylitis have a moderate level of hope,negative emotions and quality of life are generally poor,and there is room for improvement,and anxiety and depression in AS patients can affect quality of life through hope level.关键词
