新工科背景下矿业类专业国际化人才培养模式探讨与思考

Abstract
Training high-quality international innovative engineering talents is the guarantee to enhance the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness,and enhance the level of industrial development.Cultivating international,compound and innovative mining talents under the background of new engineering is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of China's mining industry and the implementation of the national energy security strategy.Aiming at the new engineering majors of mining such as new energy science and engineering and intelligent mining engineering,this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the process of cultivating undergraduate talents of new engineering majors of mining,and probes into and analyzes on the talent training mode and system of new engineering majors of mining from the aspects of training objectives,course construction,practice base construction,teacher team construction,assessment and evaluation system,etc.It provides a useful reference for the training of international innovative talents of new engineering in mining universities.关键词
