"一带一路"倡议背景下西部高校引智工作探索与实践

Abstract
The introduction of foreign intelligence(abbreviation"introduction of intelligence")in colleges and universities is an important support for improving the scientific research and innovation capabilities of schools.Due to the fact that the western colleges and universities are located deep in the northwest inland,their geographical space advantages and economic development capabilities are far inferior to those of coastal cities,and it is difficult to attract talents.The implementation of the"Belt and Road"initiative has brought new opportunities for international cooperation to cities along the western route.Based on the analysis of the current situation of talent introduction work in western universities,this paper focuses on how to ride the Silk Road,break through the limitations of talent introduction,and improve the introduction of talents,and it also explores the way of establishing an innovative intelligence introduction system of"top-level planning,multiple models,stabilizing and retaining talents,and improving quality and efficiency"to open up a new pattern of internationalization for western universities and better serve the"Belt and Road"initiatives implementation.关键词
