摘要
Abstract
When the plane electromagnetic wave is vertically incident to the dielectric interface,the Helmholtz equation and boundary conditions satisfied by the electromagnetic wave have the same form as the equations and boundary conditions of the particles incident to the potential barrier in quantum mechanics,so their solutions also have the same form.The fundamental reason for this is that electromagnetic wave and microscopic particles have the same wave properties.It was used the method of barrier tunneling in quantum mechanics to discuss the reflection and transmission of vertically incident electromagnetic waves at the film interface,as well as the photon tunneling of electromagnetic waves through photon barriers.关键词
