摘要

Abstract

The effects of energetic plasticizers Bu-NENA and BNNPF/A on the micro phase separation and mechanical proper-ties of PBT elastomer were studied by means of infrared spectroscopy(IR)and mechanical property test.The results show that Bu-NENA has a great influence on the micro phase separation of PBT elastomer.With the increase of plasticizing ratio,the proportion of free carbonyl groups increases,while the proportion of ordered hydrogen bonded carbonyl groups decreases significantly.When the plasticizing ratio is 1.0,the proportion of ordered hydrogen bonded carbonyl groups is almost zero,resulting in a significant decrease in the tensile strength of the elastomer.BDNPF/A has no obvious effect on the micro phase separation characteristics of PBT elasto-mer.When two energetic plasticizers are mixed,the tensile strength of the elastomer increases with the increase of BDNPF/A ratio in the mixed plasticizer.
