Abstract
Scientific and technological innovation serves as the lifeblood of enterprise survival and growth.Utilizing data from China's A-share listed companies spanning the period from 2011 to 2021 as a research sample,this paper deeply conducts an exami-nation of the internal mechanisms linking dynamic network capability with enterprise innovation.The analysis reveals that dynamic network capability plays a significant role in bolstering the performance of corporate technological innovation,facilitating modes of knowledge sharing,resource integration,collaborative innovation,market adaptability,innovation culture,and overall competi-tiveness.Moreover,our research uncovers an intriguing insight:the presence of a critical threshold of female executives within a firm substantially enhances the influence of dynamic network capabilities on promoting technological innovation.These findings not only provide valuable empirical insights but also offer vital support for advancing our comprehension of corporate innovation promo-tion,reinforcing gender diversity initiatives within organizations,and contributing to the broader goal of building a robust,science and technology-driven nation.关键词
