"两纵一横"科技创新培养模式培育大学生核心素养的实践探索

Abstract
To build a new mode of cultivating"21st century core literacy"oriented by scientific and technological innovation ability to help the construction of application-oriented universities.That is to say,the"two vertical and one horizontal"mode is created:the vertical science and technology project establishment and horizontal science and technology competition,college students science and technology activity festival,science and technology salon as the incentive,project teaching as the starting point,school-enterprise cooperation as the platform,with double teachers and double ability as the guarantee,with innovation and innovation ability as the training target.In order to realize the cultivation of technological innovation ability and innovative spirit of college students,it is proposed to construct the mode of"three systems"and"two platforms"and encourage students to participate in the combination of national and provincial vertical science and technology project establishment and development and participate in national,provincial and municipal horizontal science and technology competition.In addition,through the establishment of the"three library + three system"guarantee system,adhere to promote learning by competition,promote teaching by competition,ensure the comprehensive integration of teaching by competition to promote reform,form a new situation of complementing the advantages of teachers and students,cultivate a large number of applied skilled engineers with strong practical ability and theoretical knowledge.Finally,the training mode of application-oriented undergraduate colleges will be transformed from"talents with higher academic qualifications"to"professional and skilled engineers".The promotion and application of this achievement in and out of school proves that the innovation model is operable and replicable,and plays a leading and exemplary role in the construction of applied university.关键词
