The Impact of Enterprise Digitalization on Key Core Technology Innovation

Abstract
The key core technology(KCT)is vital for the country,enterprise digitization is an important enabling means to break through the key core technology"bottleneck"problem.Using the patent data of listed enterprises in China's integrated circuit industry from 1999 to 2021 as a research sample,this paper measures their technological core values,identifies and screens key core technologies,empirically examines the impact of enterprise digitization on the key core technological innovations,and reveals their heterogeneous characteristics,influence mechanisms and moderating effects.The main results are as follows:first,the ave-rage value of the key technology core index and the number of key core technologies in the IC industry as a whole show a fluctuating upward trend,but the distribution among enterprises is not balanced.Second,enhancing enterprise digitization has a significant contribution to key core technology innovation,and there is heterogeneity in this effect at the scale level and at the regional level.Third,the enabling effect of digitization on the key core technological innovations is realized by influencing R&D factor inputs and is moderated by enterprises'R&D and operational experience.关键词
