The Impact of Enterprise Digitalization on Key Core Technology Innovation
关键核心技术是国之重器,要突破关键核心技术"卡脖子"难题,企业数字化是重要的赋能手段.本文以 1999~2021 年中国集成电路产业上市公司的专利数据为研究样本,对其技术核心指数进行测度,识别筛选关键核心技术,并实证检验企业数字化对关键核心技术创新的影响,揭示其异质性特征、作用机制与调节效应.研究发现:集成电路产业关键技术核心指数均值和关键核心技术数量整体呈波动上升趋势,但企业间分布不均衡;企业数字化程度的提升对关键核心技术创新有显著的促进作用,且这种作用存在规模层面和区域层面的异质性;企业数字化对关键核心技术创新的赋能作用通过影响研发要素投入实现,并受企业研发与运营经验的调节.
The key core technology(KCT)is vital for the country,enterprise digitization is an important enabling means to break through the key core technology"bottleneck"problem.Using the patent data of listed enterprises in China's integrated circuit industry from 1999 to 2021 as a research sample,this paper measures their technological core values,identifies and screens key core technologies,empirically examines the impact of enterprise digitization on the key core technological innovations,and reveals their heterogeneous characteristics,influence mechanisms and moderating effects.The main results are as follows:first,the ave-rage value of the key technology core index and the number of key core technologies in the IC industry as a whole show a fluctuating upward trend,but the distribution among enterprises is not balanced.Second,enhancing enterprise digitization has a significant contribution to key core technology innovation,and there is heterogeneity in this effect at the scale level and at the regional level.Third,the enabling effect of digitization on the key core technological innovations is realized by influencing R&D factor inputs and is moderated by enterprises'R&D and operational experience.
